HISTORY
Breakforth Evangelical Church started in the autumn of 2008 in the garage of the family home of Jeremy Majek. with his wife and four children who contributed in various area of the ministry such as ushering, choir, etc and a handful of faithful members Breakforth Evangelical Church and Ministry (BfEM Goshen) was set in motion. With a strong witness from God, Pastor Majek, supported by his wife, Pastor Titi led the congregation to a rented hall as the garage could no longer contain it's growing members and the first annual conference of “Who Is This Jesus” LK9:9 (withJesus Conference), was held.
Many of our young generation are searching for Jesus Christ, because they have not heard, known or have an encounter with Him. withJesus conference is established to declare Jesus Christ as the Lord and Saviour of human kind and to proclaim the Good News of God’s coming kingdom. withJesus conference is a forum by which (people) our young generation will hear about Jesus Christ, and experience Him in a new dimension.
BfEM Goshen is sent to inform people, inspiring them so they can become involved with God Almighty, and our mission as Christians is to further help people to really understand who Jesus really is and what He can do. (And Herod said, John have I beheaded: but "who is this", of whom I hear such things? And he "desired" to see 'HIM'. Lk9:9 (KJV).
Breakforth Evangelical Church and Ministry was established for these times in which the world and the people there are in need Jesus more than ever. God planted us in the location where we are to break down cultural barriers and promotes Jesus in every area.
We aim to reach out to all members of our community ensuring that there is something in Jesus Christ for all types of people from all types of background.
Our core mission is to lift JESUS up for all tribes and tongues to be drawn unto him and into the kingdom of God. We model our fellowships on the early church, in which those characteristics can be found in the book of Acts, and speaking to one another in Psalms and Hymns and Spiritual songs with melodious hearts whilst giving thanks to The Lord, always.
VALUES
Our vision as a Youth Oriented Place of Worship filled with different tribes and tongues, is to authentically inspire the younger generation to know and love God for who he truly is by themselves. We here at Breakforth Evangelical Church & Ministry strongly believe that the change we want to see in this world will always begin with the younger generation whom are brought up with the ideologies of God Almighty, thereby effecting that change that is needed on earth as it is in heaven into the atmosphere of where ever they are.
